Job Description:
Ready to shift into an exciting new leadership role where you can make a difference? As a CountryBrokerage Manager here at UPS, you’ll oversee customs clearance strategies and operations. You’ll keep a close eye on your team’s performance, delegating tasks and encouraging the supervisors in your team to grow in confidence. With your keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure deadlines and budgets are adhered to and met, offering feedback to internal teams on ways to improve standard operating procedures (SOPs). You’ll also use your excellent communication skills to maintain close relationships with clients.
